29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Maintenance bay workbench The employer did not ensure bench grinder work rests were adjusted within 1/8 inch of the wheel. Employees used a Baldor-Reliance, Model 762RE, bench grinder, Serial Number G7-304-30, for the maintenance and repair of busses where the work rest of the grinder was greater than 1/8th inch from the grinding wheel.
