29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about July 18, 2019, the employer failed to have a respiratory protection program for employees required to wear respirators including, but not limited to, dust masks, tight-fitting half facepieces, tight-fitting full facepieces, and Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) while spray finishing.
