29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD." a) Trailer Shop - Against the back corner of the East Facing wall, 1040 North Brewster Road, Vineland NJ: On or about 05/17/19 circuit breakers were frequently used as switches, controlling the power to the Trailer Shop's lighting. As such, these circuit breakers were not being used as per their manufacturer's requirements and were not listed or marked "SWD".
