29 CFR 1926.502(d)(23): Personal fall arrest systems were attached to guardrail systems or to hoists: On or about April 24, 2019, an employee's fall arrest system was anchored to the guardrail of an aerial lift, exposing the employee to a fall of over 17 feet. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
