29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: (a) On or about December 11, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 26 feet while standing on the midrails of the guard rails of scissors lifts, while reaching lighting fixtures in the ceiling.
