29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Classic Window Coverings, LLC - Maintenance personnel and machine operators performed service and maintenance, changed blades and drill bits on equipment and removed jams. The period inspection of the general lockout/tagout procedure was not conducted, on or about 12/13/18.
