29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a) Champion Modular, Inc., on or about November 20th, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees had potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens intermittently throughout work operations including, but not limited to, responding to incidents involving blood, and/or cleaning up of blood and OPIM (other potentially infectious material). Some employee had not received training on what bloodborne pathogens were and how to properly protect themselves from exposure to blood or OPIM.
