29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): On or about November 2, 2018, at a jobsite located at 14655 SW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33175, the employer did not ensure the Yale LP Sit Down Forklift (Model#GLC030AFNUAE082, SN#B809N04461B), which had worn out tires and lights broken was taken out of service until it had been restored to safe operating condition.
