29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(8)(i)(G): Floor tiles were not removed intact: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to asbestos hazards associated with abatement and removal activities. The condition was most recently observed on or about November 2nd, 2018 at the facility located at 137 Hale Library, Manhattan, KS 66506. Although 2 individual hand scrappers were found to be onsite, the employer chose to use a riding "Bronco". The Bronco was used from the beginning of the project and was seen breaking, pulverizing and destroying the ACM tile during removal.
