29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: (a) At the northwest corner of the 3rd floor: On or about 10/22/2018, the employer did not determine that the walking/working surface on which the workers were working had the strength and structural integrity to support them safely, in that the floor was loaded with scrap concrete and construction debris, causing it to collapse down to the 1st floor of the building.
