29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: At 6240 McKissock Avenue, St. Louis, MO, specifically the circuit breaker panel box that powers the Republic Compactor, a piece of cardboard was installed to fill in a large gap. This violation was observed on 10/16/18.
