29 CFR 1910.217(d)(9)(i): The employer shall establish a diesetting procedure that will insure compliance with paragraph (c) of this section. The employer had not established a diesetting procedure when changing the die on the C45 Bliss part revolution mechanical press on August 22, 2018 to ensure the procedure met the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section.
