29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Handle Mill: On or about March 6, 2018 a Dayton Bench Grinder Model 1Z707S had the work rest adjusted out to 1/2 inch from the wheel.
