29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii): If used as permitted in paragraphs (g)(1)(ii)(C), (g)(1)(ii)(G), or (g)(1)(ii)(I) of this section, the flexible cord shall be equipped with an attachment plug and shall be energized from an approved receptacle outlet: On or about 02 February 2018, the employer failed to provide the appropriate plug attachments for the flexible cords. The flexible cords were not equipped with an attachment plug and energized from an approved receptacle outlet. This exposed employees to a fire hazard. Abatement documentation is required in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
