29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: The employer did not close unused openings on electrical equipment. This violation occurred on or about January 10, 2018, 2013, and at times prior thereto; in the JBOBS Laser Cutting Area: a) A metal junction box used to provide power to HDX fan and KERD laser machine had openings at the knock-out. b) A metal junction box used to provide power to Heater Jet, Rigid band saw had opening at the knock-out.
