29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(A): The exposure determination did not include a list of all job classifications in which all employees in those job classifications had occupational exposure: (a) Funeral Home - Embalmers directly exposed to blood and other infectious material, as required in their handling of human remains, were not listed by position in the exposure determination section of the employers ECP, on or about January 10, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
