29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electric equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner: a) On or about May 31, 2017, at the Cincinnati Milacron-Fanuc also called Roboshot #2 110R, the electrical wiring was not installed in a neat and workman like manner. The internal conductors were pulled out of their outer sheath and wired together. Employees exposed to the hazard of an electrical shock from 120 volts. b) On or about May 31, 2017, at the Maquire Blender, the electrical wiring for the motor was exposed. The motor was operating and had exposed wiring. Employees exposed to the hazard of an electrical shock from 120 volts.
