Ross Casting & Innovation, LLC located in Sidney, Ohio: On or about May 25, 2017, the employer did not ensure the machine specific lockout procedures for the OD Grinder located in Cell #1 clearly specified the techniques to be utilized for the control of the electrical, pneumatic, and gravitational energy. b. Ross Casting & Innovation, LLC located in Sidney, Ohio: On or about May 25, 2017, the employer did not ensure the machine specific lockout procedure for the Auto Saw located in Cell #1 specified the techniques to be utilized for the control of the electric and pneumatic energy.
