29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(3): Riser height and/or tread depth was not uniform within each flight of stairs, including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: On March 24, 2017, inside the canopy at the main casino entrance, a stairway constructed from tubular scaffolding that had different riser heights of greater than one-inch from one rung to the next, was used to access the scaffolding. Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards.
