29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: (a) The employer did not ensure that electrical safe work practices were used when working with or around electrical circuits that are or could be energized. On or about February 21, 2017, an employee was injured when conducting testing of a step down transformer. (b) In the testing area, the employer did not ensure that electrical safe work practices were used when working with or around the dialectic withstand tester.
