29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) Kumho Tire Georgia, Inc., Macon, GA - In the mixing building, bags and tanks containing hazardous materials such as but not limited to, Insoluble Sulfur V130, Zinc Oxide, 6PPD Antioxidant, HiRenol, T600 Terpene Phenol Resin and SPRMIX 140 were not properly labeled with hazard statements, pictograms and/or precautionary statements, on or about 3/7/17.
