29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: On or about August 8, 2016, and at times prior to and thereafter, the employer did not establish written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of the wet out process equipment, including, but not limited to, the following: a) The employer did not establish written procedures for inspection and testing the temperature indicator (thermocouple) on the small Mix Tank. b) The employer did not establish written procedures for inspection and testing the temperature indicators (thermocouples) on the resin tanks. c) The employer did not establish written procedures for inspecting and testing the automated glycol heating/cooling system for the resin tanks.
