29 CFR 1910.119(g)(1)(i): The employer did train each employee in the operating procedures as specified in paragraph (f) of 29 CFR 1910.119. a.) KC Midstream Solutions, LLC, 101 Queen Creek Rd, Endeavor, PA - On or about January 11, 2017, and at times prior thereto: employees were potentially exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards in that, the employer had not trained each employee in the operating procedures. The employer had not developed and/or implemented operating procedures for PSM covered process equipment including, but not limited, the fired heater, the compressor, pressure relief valves, the 30,000 gallon hydrocarbon storage tank, and associated piping.
