29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(1)(i): The employer did not comply with all requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (� 1910.1200) for chromium (VI). On or about March 02, 2017 in the welding bays of the production area employees welding on stainless steel were exposed to chromium (VI) where the employer did not develop and implement a GHS compliant hazard communication program to include chromium (VI). On March 02, 2017 a welder was exposed to 5.4 micrograms chromium (VI) per cubic meter of air as an eight hour time weighted average for 463 minutes sampled with the remaining 17 minutes calculated as zero exposure.
