29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2): The following items were not being inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections: At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Overhead Crane Area) - On or about 12/06/2016, the employer failed to ensure that a 15-Ton "Milwaukee" (Serial No. 1792) overhead crane was inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections.
