29 CFR 1910.213(b)(3): Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure: On or about 8/4/16 in Bay 3 at the table saw; the employer allowed employees to use the McClamroch (220 volt) table saw without a magnetic-type starter switch; thus exposing employees to amputation and unexpected start-up hazards.
