29 CFR 1910.213(n)(1): Metal guard(s) covering the cutting head(s), and saw(s) if used, were not provided on: (a) On or about July 14, 2016, a Michael Weinig Hydromat 22AL molding machine located on Line #12 in the RF/Glue building did not have the metal guards in place covering the cutter heads and shapers while in operation. Guards were left up during operation and they were not properly adjusted to cover the shaper heads. (b) On or about July 28, 2016, a Michael Weinig Hydromat 22BL molding machine located on Line #1 was utilized without any guard in place for the brush sanders.
