29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a.) Terminal Ready Mix, Inc. located at 524 Colorado Ave. Lorain, OH; On or about May 8, 2016, the employer did not ensure employees were trained in and familiar with electrical safety related work practices before pulling 480V fuses on the Plant Cement Mixer. Employees were required to pull fuses before performing maintenance on the 480V mixer and did not have any training on Electrical Safety Related Work Practices.
