29 CFR 1910.27(f): "Maintenance." All ladders were not maintained in a safe condition. All ladders were not inspected regularly, with the intervals between inspections being determined by use and exposure. On or about May 12, 2016, the employer failed to conduct regular inspections on ladders, including the fixed industrial ladder located in Building 155, the Hydro Department. At the time of the inspection, ladders were not maintained in a safe condition and not inspected regularly exposing employees to fall hazards.
