29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a) Cosmos Furniture/2300 US 1 North/Bldg#3/North Brunswick, NJ 08902 - Warehouse: - Forklift operators were not trained and evaluated to safely operate powered industrial trucks at the worksite. To include, but not limited to: -Truck safety related topics including the use of operator fall restraint systems and workplace related topics; -Evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace.
