29 CFR 1910.272(e)(1)(i): Current employees, and new employees prior to starting work in the grain handling facility were not trained in the general safety precautions, including recognition and preventive measures for the hazards related to dust accumulation and common ignition sources such as smoking: (a) Throughout the mill- On or about February 7, 2016, and times prior, employees were not properly trained on the recognition and known hazards such as, fire and explosions, of combustible dust produced during the manufacture of chicken feed.
