29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about 2/2/2016 at Ainsworth Institute of Pain Management PLLC located at 115 East 57th Street Suite 1210 New York, NY 10022, medical assistants perform cleaning operations use hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Sani-Cloth Plus Germicidal Disposable Cloth which contains Isopropanol. The employer failed to develop a written hazard communication plan. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY.
