29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about October 29, 2011, and at times prior, Continental Resources, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that Cyclone Drilling, Inc., a subcontractor, protected their employees from injury in that, portable fire extinguishers in the mixing area were not mounted.
