29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Inside of buildings, cylinders were not stored in a well-protected, well-ventilated, dry location, at least 20 feet (6.1 m) from highly combustible materials such as oil or excelsior: a) On or about October 1, 2015- job site at 74 Onderdonk Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385 the employer permitted employees to work in a facility with oxygen and acetylene tanks stored next to each other. WRITTEN ABATEMENT DOCUMENTAION IS REQUIRED.
