29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not select the appropriate respirators as specified in 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(A): a) Little Sisters of the Poor Boiler Room - On or about May 28 2015, employees removing thermal system insulation which contained 15% to 30% Amosite asbestos were provided with half face negative pressure respirators and filtering facepiece (dust mask) instead of a powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) or a supplied air respirator.
