29 CFR 1910.1000(c): Table Z-3. An employee's exposure to any substance listed in Table Z-3, in any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week, exceeded the 8-hour time weighted average limit given for that substance in the table. 1.) On or about June 11, 2015 an employee working in the sandblasting area, sandblasting inside of rail tank cars was overexposed to particulates not otherwise regulated (PNOR) total dust at an 8 hour time weighted average of 267.39 mg/m3, which exceeded the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 15 mg/m3 by 1,782%.
