29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i): Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators: a. Steam Stripping Room - On or about March 5, 2015, the employer exposed employees to an airborne lead level of 465 micrograms per cubic meter, 9.3 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms per cubic meter, without providing change rooms for the exposed employees.
