29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: A) Middle of shop in spray painting area, a surface mounted breaker panel had an unused opening in the side of the box, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. \ B) Middle of shop in spray painting area, a Square D surface mounted breaker panel had an unused opening in the bottom of the box, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
