29 CFR 1910.178(o)(5): The carriage or blades of the industrial truck was not placed under the load as far as possible, the mast shall be carefully tilted backward to stabilize the load. On or about January 23, 2015, a powered industrial truck operator was direct to lift a trailer to change out a line cart and the operator did not ensure the blades of the industrial truck were placed under the load as far as possible and tilted backward to stabilize the load.
