Rohr Industries, Inc. - On or about 12/9/14, fans were being utilized to dry parts in the machine shop. The fans were 'household type' fans and were not listed and labeled to be used in an industrial environment. B.) Rohr Industries, Inc. - On or about 12/9/14, a household type extension cord without a grounding prong was being utilized to power the ventilation system. The cord was not listed and labeled to be used in an industrial environment.
