29 CFR 1910.106(b)(4)(iv)(g): The inlet of the fill pipe was not be located outside of buildings at a location free from any source of ignition and not less than 5 feet away from any building opening: Boiler House, Sprinkler System Area: On, or about, October 15, 2014, the fill pipe provided on the 75 gallon fire pump tank was located inside of the building. The tank contained diesel fuel, a Category 3 flammable liquid.
