29 CFR 1910.179(d)(4)(iii): Fixed ladder(s) on crane(s) were not constructed in compliance with 29 CFR 1910.27. P&W Painting Contractors, Inc. - Toledo, Ohio: On or about September 30, 2014, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards in that the ladder rungs for the crane access platform were not uniformly spaced in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.27. The distance between rungs exceeded 12 inches in that the distance between the ground and the first rung was approximately 32 inches.
