29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Loading dock at 221 W. 38th St: On or about September 18, 2014 The Snorkel platform lift's integral receptacle did not have a weatherproof cover. The receptacle's cover was broken off and the employee was cleaning windows from the lift.
