29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent, continuous, and effective. a. Welding Process Area- On or about 14 August 2014, employees were required to use cord and plug welding equipment. The power cord attached to the Millermatic 140 Auto set welding machine had it's ground pin missing. Thereby exposing employees to shock and electrocution hazard(s).
