29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects: At the job site of 5056 N. Lycee,, Bel Aire, Kansas, LMT Construction employees engaged in attaching new doors, windows, and siding to the exterior of the apartment complex were exposed to head injuries. Hard hats were not worn by employees while other employees were working above them with tools such as pneumatic nailers.
