29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a) Bandsaw (Pallet Tear Down Machine) - On or about July 10, 2014, moisture or water could enter an unused opening (knockout) that was not covered on the motor starter box enclosure used to operate the bandsaw and the enclosure was not designed for outdoor installations, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
