29 CFR 1910.178(m)(11): Approved industrial trucks were not used in hazardous locations: On or about June 10, 2014 at 120 McArthur Road, Marble Hill, GA: the employer provided a Clark electrical forklift for use by the employees that was not compatible with working in an area where flammable chemicals are used and dust from cutting on wood products, sanding and grinding on fiberglass/resin mixtures are allowed to accumulate sufficient quantities to produce an explosion or ignitable mixtures.
