29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition. a). Outside of the Facility- On or about and times prior to 20 February 2014, there was a portable fire extinguisher that was not fully charged mounted inside a GEHL Telescopic Boom forklift (model: 553), thus exposing employees to life safety hazards. b).Outside of the Facility- On or about and times prior to 20 February 2014, there was a portable fire extinguisher that was not fully charged mounted inside a Case forklift (model: 586E), thus exposing employees to life safety hazards. c). Shop Area- On or about and times prior to 20 February 2014, there was a portable fire extinguisher that was not fully charged stationed on the floor inside the shop area, thus exposing employees to life safety hazards.
