29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) 22 North 27th Street - The employer did maintain an annual maintenance check on portable fire extinguishers exposing employees to fire hazards while welding and working in the machine shop, on or about February 20, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
