29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Fuel Island; The electrical panel that housed the electrical circuits for the diesel storage area was missing a faceplate. Inside the panel were exposed circuit openings and bus bar. The circuit openings and bu bar both tested hot/live.
